If you have already placed an order and captured your handprints or fingerprints using one of our kits, please use the form below to securely upload your images. If you don't have an order number yet or have any questions, leave the field blank, and we will contact you to assist you further.

Please note the following guidelines for the images you upload:

1. High-Resolution Prints: To achieve the best results, please provide high-resolution images of your handprints or fingerprints. This will help us capture the finest details and create a truly remarkable piece for you.

2. Minimize Shadows, Blur, and Distortion: Ensure that the images have minimal shadow, blur, or distortion. Clear and well-defined prints will result in a more accurate representation in your jewelry.

Once we receive your high-quality prints and confirm your order details, our processing time begins. Please note that processing time starts from the moment we have received both the prints and the confirmed, placed, and paid order.
